Research Development Programme based in The College of Social Sciences, Graduate School for Postgraduate Research Students
There are a whole range of training initiatives, resources and courses designed to support your research skills and professional development. These activities have been designed to complement the core Research Training Programme in helping you to further enhance your research and professional skills, and to meet the standards laid out in the Research Councils' Joint Skills Statement (JSS).
Short courses and Researcher-led Initiatives (RLIs)
- Plan your year now by visiting the Graduate School Researcher Development Programme website and booking a place on some of our short courses.
- Get together with a group of your colleagues to bid for money for an RLI.
- Get paid to develop your skills by applying for a Graduate School Internship
